2023 Team Requirements

What will 2023 look like and what are the expectations of you?

* Some new and returning sponsors, as well as new and returning teammates.
* There will be a $100 yearly fee to be on the team. This is for the purpose of dues and other fees.
* There will likely be some type of social media requirement but we have not hammered out the details on that yet.
* You will be required to purchase at least one kit. Please keep in mind that it is also a requirement to wear our kit on rides and in races, this is what our sponsors are looking for and it is how we get/keep sponsors.
* Be nice to other people when riding or racing. Represent our team well.
* Never talk bad about our sponsors or each other
* If you are racing, register through USAC/BRAC as Sol Squad Cycling (Club #201)
* You will be provided with discounts through our sponsors, these are for Sol Squad Cycling Team members only (not friends, family, etc)
* You cannot directly contact any sponsors.

NEW for 2023!

* Each person will be required to volunteer at a race for our team to stay in good standings with BRAC and USAC, as well as to give back to our cycling community. This requirement is regardless if you race or not. 

What can you expect from us?

* A great group of women to ride, race and train with who have the hottest kits every year
* Team camp (everyone’s favorite) is making a comeback for Spring 2023. More details to come
* Keeping you up to date on our sponsorship information, who to shout out to on social media, how to do it, etc
* Maintaining excitement to ride your bike
* Gaining great sponsors (also if you have ideas for sponsors, please let us know)
* Yearly team Halloween costume
